Yesterday we did a quick experiment to show how gas is produced when mixed with water and sugar.
Today we made bread by mixing water,flour,sugar,salt,butter and yeast together. During the morning we observed how the dough was mixed, kneaded and rested. Eventually it was baked. It tasted great!
